Background
Quetiapine causes less prolactin elevation and/or galactorrhoea than other atypical antipsychotics.
Case Presentation
Ms AB had galactorrhoea and raised prolactin levels at only 100 mg of quetiapine daily.
Conclusion
Low dose quetiapine can also cause galactorrhoea. |
